Terms & Conditions


Please bring change of clothes and cash, in Mexican pesos or US dollars, at the daily exchange rate. No sunscreen / mosquito repellent or any chemical product to be applied on the skin for all in water activities for conservation purposes. Schedule can be adapted and subject to changes due to logistical, availabilities, and weather conditions. Such modifications are not grounds for a refund if alternate diving options are made available.


A $1000 MXN per person deposit is required at the time of booking, payable via PayPal. The remaining balance is due in full prior to departure. The balance can be paid via PayPal or in cash in Mexican pesos or US dollars as determined by the current exchange rate. Service charges assessed by PayPal, if any, are payable by the client and will be added to the balance due. Different rates and deposit policies apply to private charters and groups.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Any dive or snorkel trip that is cancelled due to weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled is 100% refundable. Cancellations may be due to port closure ordered by the Harbor Master, inability of a cruise ship passengers to disembark, or unsafe conditions as determined by the boat captain or Blue Mystic Divers. In the event of weather cancellations, every effort will be made to reschedule.

Individual Cancellations

  • 48 hours prior to departure – 100% refund
  • 24-48 hours prior to departure –  50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours or “No Show” – NO REFUND

Please note that after departure, no refunds will be issued due to sea sickness, inability to equalize, or for any other reason the client opts not to dive or snorkel.

Blue Mystic Divers & representatives reserves the right to refuse service with NO refunds to any client who:

  • Fails to comply with the Marine Park Rules and Regulations,
  • Appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

**Prices are subject to IVA (Local Tax) and do not include tips for the crew.
